About this campspace
Great place for camping, with vast green area 50m from the Tocantins river, famous for its crystal clear waters and the high variety of fish. And just 05 minutes by boat we have an amazing natural beach.
The camping area has bathrooms, electricity, water, barbecue grill, gas and wood stove.
We also have a fully equipped main house for your family or group of friends, it contains 03 bedrooms, 02 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen, 02 large balconies with hammock and place to put up tent if necessary.
1. The access to the river is open at all hours, it has a deck in a great place for swimming, safe but it is advisable to bring life jackets, especially if you have children.
2. 2. Campfires and sound may be made, but the safety and comfort of the neighbors should not be affected.
3. It is strictly forbidden to throw garbage on the beach, in the river and in other places around the ranch, only in the house and in the appropriate garbage garbage cans.
4. Renters must take out their garbage when they leave (the municipality provides a place for garbage disposal at the exit of the dirt road).
5. The house is delivered clean and only cleaned again when you leave.
6. You are not allowed to take any items out of the house when you leave.
7. Any damage to the house will be charged the value of repair or replacement outside.
8. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, but if found, we will contact you for return.
9. Cleaning the house (required for renting the house) - R$ 50,00 (fifty reais)
10. Boat crossing to the beach (two days) and fishing (one day) (optional) - R$ 50,00

The activities
You can spend the afternoon at the beach, with a great place for swimming and relaxing, contains a tent on the river bank, sport fishing or scuba diving (you need to bring equipment)

Eu tenho uma terrao ótima para camping, com vasta área verde a 50m do rio Tocantins, famoso por ter suas águas cristalinas e pela alta variedade de peixe. E a apenas 05 minutos de barco temos uma prainha natural incrível.
Na área de camping contém banheiro, luz, água, churrasqueira, fogão a gás e a lenha
Temos também uma casa sede toda equipada para sua familia ou grupo de amigos, nela contem 03 quartos, 02 banheiros, sala, sala de jantar e cozinha, 02 varandas amplas com armador de rede e local para colocar barraca se necessário.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
