Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
By Portuguese Law:
NOISE:
Prohibited any kind of noise after 10:00 p.m.
(main lights switch-off)
FIRE:
PROHIBITED ANY KIND OF FIRE ON CURRENT SEASSON.
(both above mentioned will be punished by law enforcement agents)
Spot Rules:
1 - Check-in only possible between 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Remotely can be done by using Whats App / Phone, Check-in can be organized,
Check-out must be done up to 12:00 p.m. max.
2- Main lights off and main front entrance closed at 10:30 p.m.
3- Your installation layout/ position and organization area pls follow:
Tents: between trees
Mobile homes / camper vans / vans or others:
the rear side of the vehicle must be free about 1 meter against the residence wall.

4-The mini-campsite has video surveillance 24/24 hours, however the host will be not responsible for any theft or damaged for any kind of guest´s material or equipment that may occur.
5- It will be under guest's responsibility any personal injury that occurs on 365 Camp Spot.
Just In case of any Emergency, Medical Assistance or Firefighters priority contacts are available on camp spot at few points.
6-The gate between campspace and host residence must be closed all time (on the access to sanitary, shower or BBQ)
7-As the campspace is placed in a residence square, large groups are not allowed.
