You will have 800m2 of garden just for you!

The activities
So much to do:

In the village :
* On foot: vival (supermarket hyper practical: small butcher shop, breads, cereals bio....) (50m)
* At 1km Association le Wagon for organic vegetables
* Auberge du donneau: working class restaurant for lunch (50m)
* Wooden playground at the town hall (20m)
* Football stadium, petanque (20m)
* Pond of pannecé for fishing or leisure (with outdoor sports equipment) (500m)
* Visit of the Mill of La Garenne (700m), sale of local flours !!! buckwheat and organic wheat
* The green way (800m) for cycling or walking
* The path of the donneau (small hike starting from the house)

Further on:
* Favorite for the walks to the pond of the provostière in Riaillé and the lake of vioreau in Joué-sur-erdre. Look at all the good addresses via the tourist office of the country of Ancenis.

The summer : open air swimming pool at 7 min : saint mars la jaille ! otherwise A ancenis, nort sur erdre...etc
There are also guinguettes at 5 min on Teillé! 8 min Mésanger and 17 minutes Ancenis edge of loire!

For the small races vival in Pannecé or super U in st mars la jaille or riaillé. Or leclerc in Ancenis.
A small coworking room at the town hall (20m)

Of course the big cities are always in fashion : Nantes and Angers at 35 and 45 minutes drive (there are even buses that leave from the village for the city but it's a bit long..)

The closest beach is la baule, the most practical and nice one is pornic, the favorite is le croisic ! (by train from Ancenis ! or by car ^^)

There is a beautiful walnut tree for shade and some hazelnut trees, peach trees...

The sanitary facilities
There are toilets in the public square of the village at 50m walking distance.

You will have access to water (hose) and electricity without any problem (outside plug)

For the garbage (20m away there is a garbage room on the town hall square, to discuss together according to your volumes, normally it is not included in the renting...). We will give you yellow bags without any problem. The sorting bins are in the village hall (salle des loisirs, 100m away on foot).

For the wifi little chance that it picks up with the thickness of our walls but now we pick up well the 4G. If you work a little on a computer you can make a sharing of connection with your cell phone on the computer, that can help!
