About this campspace
La nostra casa privata ha un piccolo giardino, ed è ideale per accogliervi uno o due giorni al massimo.
Accogliamo volentieri viaggiatori e condividiamo il nostro bagno, il wifi e lo spazio esterno, ma abbiamo bisogno di sapere qualcosa su di voi se volete fermarvi da noi: chi siete, dove andate, ecc. Accettiamo solo un gruppo alla volta, o due veicoli se siete insieme.
Per i van e i camper ; guardate le foto con le dimensioni prima e chiedete più dettagli se non siete sicuri.
La casa ha una fossa biologica dunque vi preghiamo di non fare docce troppo lunghe e di non sprecare l'acqua inutilmente.
Il bagno non è riscaldato è può essere un po' freddo durante l'inverno.
Il miglior momento per arrivare sarebbe alla fine del pomeriggio o nella serata.

This is a private home with a small garden, ideal for a stopover of one or two days only. We welcome travellers and share the house bathroom, wifi and outdoor space. We need to know something about you if you wish to stay: who you are, where you're going, etc. We accept only one vehicle or group of people at a time, or two vehicles if travelling together.
More than that, it would become a parking lot!
For vans and campervans: please look carefully at the Maximum-height pictures I posted and make sure you will be fine.
Ask me for more details if you are not sure.
The house has a septic tank not connected to public sewage so we do not take long showers or run/flush the toilets unnecessarily, and you should be kind enough to go along with this rule.
The bathroom is unheated and during the winter months it is a bit chilly in the morning.
The best time to arrive is in the late afternoon or evening.

Potete usare il giardino, il porticato, la grande tavola con le panche.. C'è pochissimo traffico ma può essere che ci sia uno o due trattori delle fattorie vicine presto la mattina. Siamo apicoltori, quindi può essere che in certi momenti dell'anno ci siano degli alveari nel cortile, ma a distanza di sicurezza sulla loggia.
You can use the garden, the porch, a large table with benches, and a garden table next to the tent space.
There's very little traffic around here but one or two farm tractors might be around very early in the morning. We are beekeepers, so there might be some beehives in the courtyard at certain times of the year, but placed on the balcony at a safe distance from the tent space.

Nearby activities are at Lake Garda or in the city of Brescia.
Here we are in the quiet of a small village where you can take walks in the hills.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
