About this campspace
Welcome to our Acreage and enjoy being away from the city but close enough to make sure you can have your essentials. Our land sits on 2.7 acres just 20 minutes outside of Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA. If you are looking for a quiet place to retreat with the option of a campfire, and privacy this is your place!
Our property is just off a 1 lane road where you will hear some road noise from time to time but it's generally pretty quiet and it's nestled back amongst the trees. You will find vegetable and fruit gardens growing with several birds greeting each other at the bird houses set up around the property. This is a beautiful piece of property that you wouldn't expect to find only minutes outside the city.
The activities
There are several places to go within 20 minutes of our property including fishing spots, trails, manmade swimming beach, horse riding in Aiken, SC, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc.
Other things
If you enjoy gardening you are welcome to help out in the garden during your stay here, or simply sit back and relax on the back patio or 2 sitting benches on the property.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
All guests must leave area as they found it. No trash left behind. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.
