Dedicated city water, dedicated city sewage, garbage pickup, laundry available. 2-5 min walk to this tiny town with: convenience/hardware (incl. beer/ice/grocery/cigs), feed store, two restaurants, the post office, self storage, karaoke Saturdays and live music every other Friday. Horse farms and horse boarding near by. Eight minute drive to rural grocery/gas/meat market and Dollar Store. 30 minute drive to several rural cities with golf and box store amenities.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
