Surrounded by trees and a seasonal pond, The Campsite is the perfect destination for that middle-of-nowhere feel while staying 20 minutes from downtown Huntsville, AL.

There may be residual noise/porch lights from the residents in the surrounding neighborhood, but overall the noise and light pollution are negligible.
The activities
Leigh Acres is located in New Market, AL, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Huntsville. There are always things to do nearby, such as visiting the National Space and Rocket Center, Huntsville Botanical Gardens, and countless concerts and shows. There is live music every weekend seasonally at Leigh Acres featuring local bands, a monthly craft vendor market, and occasional holiday festivals. The venue is also available to rent for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, music festivals, and more!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
The Clubhouse is available 24/7, however quiet hours are in effect indoors and outdoors from 9pm-9am.
Vehicles are permitted at campsites only for setup/takedown. Vehicles must be parked in the designated Leigh Acres parking area at all other times.
You are welcome to roam the property as you please, but the stage and all buildings except the restrooms at Town Center (the Scarecrow building) are closed to non-staff.
Pets on leashes are welcome; please clean up after them to keep the area safe and clean for others.
Supervised children are always welcome at Leigh Acres.
Smoking will only be permitted at The Campsite, with butts tossed into one of the two fire pits. Smoking is prohibited inside The Clubhouse and at Town Center.
All indoor and outdoor spaces will be left as clean as you found them. Please help us preserve the natural beauty of our land and the hygiene and safety of The Clubhouse by picking up after yourself.
You are welcome to enter/exit the property as you please; however, please be courteous to our residential neighbors.
There are security cameras onsite at Leigh Acres, for safety and security. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911. For minor disturbances or issues, contact the onsite caretaker.
