About this campspace
The two pitches are located on a plot of more than one hectare situated about 1km from the village of Nébian, 5 mn drive from the stores (Clermont l'Hérault) and 15 mn from the Salagou lake.
A small road at about 500 m from the property on which about 20 cars pass per day.
Nice view on the surrounding hills...land located between hills and vineyards.
The land is terraced against a hill.
Everyone who passes by says that the place is beautiful.
The owner lives in an autonomous house with water and electricity on the land.
The activities
Beach at 35 mn (Portiragnes 34).
Lake Salagou at 15 mn.
Climbing (five sites at less than 40 mn).
Hiking (starting from the terrain and dozens of nice hikes nearby).
River at 5 mn (Hérault in Canet).

Rather in voluntary decline...rather eco-friendly, vegetarian.... hiking, low-level climbing, yoga, swimming from time to time at the lake located 15 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
No barbecues or cigarettes in summer (because of the risk of fire).
Quietness without noise or music in the evening.
Quiet and serene place to enjoy the silence and the music of the birds.
Dogs accepted if tied up and not barking too much (the owner has two cats and a dog).
The place will rather please the couples who like the nature activities during the day and an ultra quiet place in the evening with a very nice view.
