About this campspace

We'd like to share our large plot of land with you, so that you too can enjoy the countryside on the shores of Lac de Paladru and all the other amenities of our beautiful region.
Our house overlooks the lake, and a small communal path passes right in front of the house for direct access to the free beach just a few meters away :)

Montferrat is a very quiet village in general, even if the summer months bring many tourists with the various campsites that surround us.

The activities
For your children, our garden is equipped with a large trampoline, a swing and a play structure :)
For activities in the surrounding area, we've put together a brochure. (Various beaches and rates, hiking (trekking / biking), paddle rentals, kayaking, pedal boats, etc.)

There's a 4000m2 plot where you can pitch your tent wherever you like. (If you're staying with a camper van, van or combi, it's not possible to access the garden as the terrain is too hilly in places).
The grounds are large and full of fruit trees, with some flat areas for camping.
Part of our garden includes a plot for our animal friends - sheep, chickens, rabbits...
You're also likely to come across our two cats, who also enjoy our large garden.
There are plenty of trees to help you find the most suitable, shady spot. There's no maximum size, so you can take as much or as little space as you like!
Access is easy, but you'll need to leave your vehicle in the courtyard (enclosed and secured by an electric gate) just a few meters away.
The gate entrance is set back from the road and slightly narrow for motorhomes, but maneuverable (see photo).

The sanitary facilities
Dry toilets are available in the garden, as well as a small solar shower (40 liters), hanging from a tree.
There's also a tap with access to (cold) drinking water in the animals' plot, which you can access without any problem. ( Provided you close the gate behind you to avoid a sheep keeping you company at night ;) ).
We also have 2 outdoor sockets on our terrace (large extension cords available on loan).

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

Self-service access to the garden: you will be given a remote control for the gate on your arrival (which you can leave in the letterbox for your own departure time).

No problem for smokers as long as you respect the environment :)
