About this location

Close to many things to do.
Some traffic noise in the morning and evening. Some dogs barking from time to time but not usually at night.
The activities
Not much to do on site other than read a book, watch the squirrels play, watch and listen to birds or take nap (unless you have Starlink). There is a Bonsai nursery within walking distance which is nice to visit. Maybe buy a Bonsai. There is a small Latin General Store within walking distance with hot Latin food. There are some historic buildings within walking distance.

Dump station 6 miles away.

No sewer. No gray water. No electric (yet). Quiet generator (like Honda) can be run day and night. No internet. No satellite. Weakish cell signal. Gas campfire OK if you have your own.
