Hello. We have a shady or sunny (at your convenience) plot of 1700m2 with individual access in the countryside at the end of a cul-de-sac.
You'll find a fridge, electricity, water and a gas barbecue.

Right next to a wood. With surrounding marshes populated by storks and other local birds. No traffic in front of the property.
25 minutes from Nantes and 30 minutes from beaches (St brevin, pornichet, la baule...)
