The enviroment we offer is for those that enjoy a relaxing space to swim, meditate, walk and visit some of the local areas to enjoy the culture away from the usual tourist spots.
We offer 2 tents, 2 adults per tent with beds , bed Linen, pillows, Towels. 1 Built Barbaque for both tents . crockery, cooking utensils, mugs, cups, glasses, cutlery. Shower Toilet sink (for each tent) Table chairs, Relaxing chairs, hammocks.
Swimming pool, pool towels, garden beach, Free Wifi, TV, alexa & charging point on the poarch area. Free Parking, lighting in the tents. Breackfast, snack and tapas menu available, soft drinks, beers, water, wine, coffee, tea. At realistice prices.
Just 7minutes drive from the small town of La Carolina, 20 from Lineras & Ubeda, 30 and 45 Minutes from the city of Jaen.
The Farm house is Fenced and gated in the middle of one of our fincas, leading in to 4 more fincas of olive treaas that are family owned and many miles more of olive trees fincaca, The two tents sit within the fenced gated area wish is home to the farm House Pool fig & Almond trees and 15 of our olive trees the land around the fenced area with a dirt road, with fincas of olives all around us and no other property looking in to the fenced area You will be camping beneath the stars amongst the sounds of the wild life and treas. The Motor way between Madrid and Malaga runs betwen the town and the country side. The town of La carolina offers everything you need from supermarket cafes, bars, resturants with small shops Banks medical centre and more. the bus station, with buses direct from Terminal 4 Madrid to the Town and other services.
The location is ideal for those that want to enjoy nature walking Cycling swimming and relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

Linares is a Spanish municipality and city belonging to the province of Jaén, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. It is the second most populated municipality in the province, since it has 55,096 inhabitants according to the INE municipal register of 2023.Linares is the land of bullfighters and musicians, offering visitors a fascinating historical and artistic heritage. The city was heavily involved in the mining and smelting of lead, and the production of gunpowder, however, the last mine closed in 1991.
Úbeda is a municipality of Spain located in the province of Jaén, Andalusia. The town lies on the southern ridge of the so-called Loma de Úbeda, a table sandwiched in between the Guadalquivir and the Guadalimar river beds- Úbeda and Baeza, emblematic World Heritage cities, are home to an impressive collection of historical buildings. Baeza is a magnificent monumental town of quiet streets and golden stone with a wonderful collection of exquisite artistic and historical
LA Carolina The town was founded by King Carlos III in 1767, at the suggestion of the Treasury Commissioner Miguel Muzquiz, under the Sierra Morena Plan for New Colonization Villages. The settlement of new colonists from France and Germany was implemented by the Minister, Pablo de Olavide, administrator of Andalusia. Influenced by the ideas of the Enlightenment, the village was laid out on a grid of parallel and perpendicular streets, still visible today.
The construction of the main nucleus of the town was completed in 1770, with the participation of transhumants from other parts of Spain, among which the Herranz from Bronchales (Teruel) stand out. On March 22, 1795, Tomás González Carvajal was appointed intendant of the Nuevas Poblaciones de Andalucía and Sierra Morena (new towns of Andalusia and Sierra Morena), and superintendent of Almuradiel in La Mancha. La Carolina is the capital of the 12 Nuevas Poblaciones (new towns).
Six thousand Catholic settlers arrived from Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland in 1767 to take advantage of the generous offers of land and livestock being made to colonisers (five chickens, five goats, five sheep, two cows, and a sow per family). Within a few years, about half of this new population had died from illness or gone home: the rest gradually lost their national identities, and took on the language and customs of their host country. You can still find people in this area with Germanic surnames such as Eisman, Minch, Smidt and Kobler.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Providing everything you need The area is for people who enjoy a quiet space away from a lot of other people. its for those that enjoy a sociable dring, relaxing and conversation. Smoking accepted out side of the tent with respectable disposal of all litter. Late night swimming and chating is no problem with reasnable volume not to disturb other guests. Respect the countryside.plants and wild life. Lock the gate when leaving and arriving.

We reccommed that you leave valubal items with us in the House when you are away from the premmises this is no charge.
We provide a key to the gate and only charge you the renual charge if you loose the Key.
We can offer a small Mini bar in cooler box every day if you desire and restock every day.
If you are delayed in to the night because of unforseen issues cancellation of the flight delayed train bus breakdown of the Car we are flexable and arriving late is not a proble so dont worry. we will let you in. and no extra charges for it. Things happen.
