About this campspace

Fantastic property directly on the fishing pond

The property is located on the outskirts of Kollnburg, idyllically situated on two fish ponds with a cottage. On the fenced and with trees and hedges surrounded place are playground equipment for children and a campfire place.
After consultation can also be fished.

The activities
Kollnburg is about 10 km away from St.Englmar, where you can enjoy numerous leisure activities, such as skiing, hiking or biking tours, high ropes course, tree top walk or amusement parks and many more.

Other things
Fishing on the own fish ponds after consultation gladly possible.

Electricity and running water from own well available. On the fenced and hedges surrounded site is a separate toilet house (no DIXI). The pitch ground is "relatively" flat and is located in front of the fenced enclosure. There should be room for 2 -max 3 caravans or motorhomes on the site.
Exclusive bookings are also possible, then the Arenal belongs to you and your loved ones for the booked time all alone.
Exact measurements are still to be announced and the plots will be newly graveled and staked out in the spring.
Photos of the new hut and the overall site will also follow.

The sanitary facilities
A separate toilet house (no DIXI) with running water available and can be used for an extra charge. Own well with fresh water and hot water available in the cottage.

The amenities
The green wooden cabin in the pictures was demolished in early 2022 and in the same place a new 5.5m x 7m cabin with room for up to 15 people, a bar, sleeping loft, kitchen and TV. On the sleeping loft are 3 mattresses for sleeping and a play area for children with play carpet and small TV with Playstation. The cottage is not a direct part of the campsite and is used privately. However, it can be used after prior consultation and free occupancy. More detailed pictures will follow.
