Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

 I understand and acknowledge that there is possibility that a injury or accident could

occur and I agree to engage in this hire period at my own risk.

 I agree to take full control of hire vehicle and assume total responsibility and agree to

pay for any damage or loss, caused by riding falls or collisions, transportation, storage

or parking.

 I agree that I am solely responsible and liable to pay for all expenses for any loss,

damage or injury occasioned to me, or my property, hired vehicle or caused by me to

any other property or person.

 I agree that as a condition of hire, to wear all safety equipments provided and will

operate the hired vehicle /equipment in accordance with any local and government rules

and regulation that apply.

 Bike riders Jaisalmer reserves the right at any time, to retake the possession of hired

 Photo identification and valid driving license is required, and the hirer must be 18 years

and over to sign this agreement.

 I have read and fully understood the hire conditions above and agree to bind by them.

 Hirer should wear the helmets ( provided by us or wear or own)

 You ride at your own risk; Hirer must adhere to road rules.

 No refund for early returns.

 The bike/ vehicle can be hired for Full day / Half day or Hourly basis as per rate card.

 The hired vehicle should be return on the right time; any late returns may cause extra

charges as per hourly basis rate.

 The vehicle will have enough petrol to reach the gas or refueling station, Petrol will be

filled up by the hirer and can return the bike with same amount of petrol.

 If the vehicle is not returned when due or within 24H after written or oral demand by

owner. Renter will be in unlawful possession of the vehicle, and owner may seek the

insurance of a warrant for the arrest of anyone in possession of the vehicle (including renter).
