About this campspace
Welcome to our farm! We are still in the middle of renovations, so here and there you can still clearly see "construction site". But the view to the dike is free! :-)
You can discover the following in the surrounding area:
- various walking trails directly at the house
- Canoe rental 5 min walk away
- Fishing spot 5 min walk away
- North Sea resort of Dangast by car 15 min, by bike along the dyke approx. 35-40 min
- North Sea resorts Tossens, Burhave, Fedderwardersiel 30 min each
- Jaderberg animal and leisure activities 15 min
- nearest shopping facilities: Schweiburg or Varel, 5 min each
- Oldenburg or Wilhelmshaven 30 min each (also accessible by train from Varel)
- Our farm is located directly on the B437. You can reach us via the A29, exit Varel-Obenstrohe. The pitch is located at the back of the yard, right next to our terrace (we live with you on the premises > shared use).
- Sanitary facilities, water and electricity connections are currently NOT available, so you can only stand completely self-sufficient with us. Emptying the chemical toilet is possible a few kilometers away.

- Varel harbor 5 min by car/alternative walk/bike tour directly along the dike

- The nearest shopping facilities are in Varel (5 min by car)
- You can go shopping in Varel or alternatively in Oldenburg, Wilhelmshaven or Bremerhaven (each approx. 30 min)
- Jaderberg animal and leisure park (15 min by car)

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
- We live with you on the premises. Mutual consideration is desired and a matter of course for us. - The terrace and the children's play area are shared.
- Don't leave any mess behind :)
- Alcohol excesses and partying until the morning are not allowed, night rest from 10 pm
- Access is guaranteed 24/7, but we ask for respect and consideration (moving a 1998 Fiat Ducato camper with a cavalier start at 0100 hours from the property is not included)
Dogs allowed, BUT:
- only with registration
- Please only come with quiet animals. The site is surrounded by agricultural land, some of which is also home to cows! Of course there are also rabbits, ducks and co.
- the property is not yet completely fenced > leash! But you can reach some super nice walks in a few minutes
- Carry dog waste bags with you and dispose of the droppings on our property and the walking paths
- The children's play area, especially the sandpit, is off-limits to pets
