Electricity and drinking water connection as well as disposal possibility waste water tank mobile home or Tiny house through sewer in the front area of property Existing.
Who would prefer his place in the rear area; In the midst of only nature-pure (There also additional drinking water well Available) Please bring sufficient electric cable and possibly also water hose.
Also all animals incl. horses welcome, if well "educated",
Smoking please only on smokers island or in their own area if thereby no one is disturbed.
Community facilities such as summer kitchen with oven in the property and others such as sanitary area with showers in the house are under construction.
Also long-term rent / lease possible !

Here you can still see a clear starry sky at night. In the village of Csorvás and also the nearby county town enjoy absolute peace & safety and also watch the birds, deer and many other species of animals not only in the morning. Enjoy the sun and nature. This place in Békéscsaba County is a very quiet, safe and well-kept place with wide house distances.
Very quiet, well asphalted village road ( Max. 30 Kmh) with approx. 8 m green verge to house & property.
Very good location, also very well accessible by all means of transport.
Absolute tranquility & pure nature.
Nevertheless, with everything you need to live. Food delivery service only 2 properties away. Supermarket and also "Aunt Emma stores", restaurants, bakers and ice cream parlors also open on Sundays until evening.
Master workshops, which also "restore" your vehicle VERY cheap. Also with HU (TÜV) valid in all EU countries!
"Scrap" cars, caravans & all used camping equipment can be sold here also still profitable. Also cameras, PC, monitors and laptop!
Csorvás is a small, well-kept, quiet village, where you can buy everything for your daily needs, even on weekends, Sundays or have it brought by delivery service.
Not far (with car 5 min.) the already somewhat großstätischen but nevertheless very calm and maintained district town Békéscsaba. With a giant shopping temple, all discounters, quaint little stores, markets, workshops, doctors of all specialties, beauty salons & hairdressers and countless cozy restaurants, also under the open sky, sun & air for every taste.
Countless recreational opportunities for all tastes and interests in the immediate vicinity !
Also not only fast and cheap to cheap shopping or even short trips to Romania or Serbia. Only a "stone's throw", also with public transportation. For all people over 65 years in HU Free of charge !

Of course there are also wonderful lakes and beaches, thermal baths. Cheaper than Balaton or Heviz !

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
