Tent
Small, bucolic site in the heart of the Vosges Saônoises, away from houses, shaded, and close to a small stream (sometimes dry if it's hot).
Ideal for hikers, at the foot of the 1000 Ponds Plateau.
Dry toilets available, spring water officially "non-potable" (but which we've been drinking without any problem since we moved in in 2017) also available.
Our house is located 150m higher up, so no dwellings are visible from the site.
For additional services, please contact us or see for yourself.
Shady plot in a hamlet, away from the houses, in a hollow and close to a stream.
Parking is by the road, but you can occasionally bring your car up in front of the horse shelter to unload your belongings, groceries etc...
The activities
Ideal for hikes and walks in the Vosges, the 1000 Étangs...

Do not feed horses or other animals (some are on special diets).
In short, common sense: )
Life in the countryside can sometimes involve noise and smells (horses, a farmer mowing, a neighbor clearing undergrowth, a woodcutter chopping wood, a rooster crowing, a herd of cows, a fox on the prowl, a dog barking, motorcycles thundering through the valley...).
Coming here means accepting the possibility of certain inconveniences that we can't always foresee.
The parking lot is by the roadside, but you can occasionally bring your car up in front of the horse shelter to unload your belongings, shopping etc...
The garbage cans are towards the parking lot:
Grey/brown garbage can = Household waste
Yellow garbage can = Sorting, plastics...
Pets are accepted if and only if they do not chase cats, horses, dogs, chickens...
If you have any doubts about your pet's behavior towards others, please refrain from bringing it.
We wish you a pleasant stay!
