About this campspace

Off grid camp site with easy access located in the Keweenaw National Historic Park……located just off US 41 near the Quincy Mine and Peterson’s Fish Market.

This campsite is an “in town” semi-private site which will have noise and light from nearby street lights and normal road traffic. It is well off the main highway but close to everything.

The activities
The site is in the middle of the Keweenaw National Park. There are hiking trails, Mountain Biking trails, numerous nearby lakes ……the towns of Hancock, Houghton , and Calumet are close by.

Other things
Guide service to local hiking and Mountain bike trails may be available for additional fees.

There is one spot available on a cleared level lot ……the surface is not paved …..a large camper would have easy access with no backing up. At this time I am only hosting one camper at a time although I am open to hosting (2) separate RV’s if they are traveling in a group. The area has some shade but campers would parked mostly in the sun.

There are no facilities at this time. Campers should be self-contained and able to operate off-grid. Electricity, water, and blackwater dumping may be available for additional fees.
