I rent my land of 2000m2 so that you can put your camping car, van, caravan, on the commune of GENISSAC
It is not at the edge of a passing axis thus very calm in full countryside without any neighbor.
a small house is on the spot which will be used as a shelter only because there is nothing inside.
a water tap is outside.

Good morning,
I rent my 2000m2 land so that you can set up your campervan, caravan, tent, van in the town of GENISSAC.
It is not on the edge of a busy road so very quiet in the countryside
There is a drinking water tap outside but no electricity
the house will serve as shelter for you just in case because there is nothing to
the interior
Shops are less than 3 minutes away
10 minutes from Libourne
20 minutes from Saint Emilion
25 from Bordeaux
1 hour 15 minutes from the beaches
Several lakes 05 minutes away

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
