About this campspace
About 0.6 miles down a dirt road we have a large pad 22’x42’ with water and 30A electric service. Additional parking if needed. There is a grass area 21’x84’ adjacent to the pad. We also have about 2 acres of land fenced with flat wire, as well as a shelter with turnouts that could be used for an additional fee.
Noise is light there is some traffic that dies down after dark on the road. We are in a ag community. The mountains can be seen from the pad and stunning sunsets are common.
The activities
Relax, visit the nearby towns, watch the sunset’s or the sun rise. Enjoy the outside.
Other things
This site is a back in site. There is space to turn around but backing in is how most guests have chosen to enter.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
It’s set up like an rv site. Check in is 1:00pm and check out is 12:00.
