About this campspace
17 acres of pasture land with the ocean on the west side and Redwood trees on the east. Off-grid site with filtered well-water. Perfect for boon-docking with ease. No hook-ups available.
Moonlight, starlight, ocean sounds, bird song, deer, wild turkeys, some farm animals. Peaceful and unpopulated.

This site has easy access to the beach, and to a small downtown with restaurants, art galleries and other shops. Local musical events can be accessed via community calendars online.

There are roosters on-site for those needing an alarm clock. Two pet pigs meander around. One likes to visit friendly guests in case they have treats.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
