These cabins are perfect for couples and solo travelers.

On our wooded hillside, these cabins are each nestled in their own little corner of greenery and foliage, around our snail farm. Just the rustle of the foliage and the song of the birds and toads...

The activities
Fermanville has more than 60 km of hiking trails, including several km of customs trails along the sea, 2 small charming ports and 26 hamlets with old houses. Between sea and forest, the dream of nature lovers...

These comfortable eco-cabins were entirely built by JJ and Florence. They combine creativity and recycling of materials. A comfortable bed (140cm) with comforter and bed linen provided (but not towels), 2 places to have meals, one inside and one on the terrace, and a kitchenette.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

"Rules and regulations " eco-cabins
-------------------------------------------------------------

Arrival between 6 and 7 pm. Departure before 11am.
A deposit of 150€ (credit card imprint) is required, as well as the payment of the tourist tax.

During your stay .

-> The cleaning of your ecocabin is at your charge during your stay.
-> It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vaporize inside the ecocabins (nor on their terrace).
Smokers or vapoteurs will have to move away from the entrance of the ecocabin, outside, in order to satisfy their malodorous needs... And the butts will have to be crushed in containers provided for this purpose.
-> You are in an agricultural environment, please respect the vegetation and the animals.
-> You are in a protected natural environment (therefore not pesticide free): which is populated by small animals such as mosquitoes, foraging insects, ants, ticks, hornets, etc... Let's learn to live together...
-> If you receive visitors, they must be indicated at the reception and are not allowed to circulate freely on the farm.
-> The visit of the farm (circuit through the woods) is offered to you. But your visitors will have to pay an entrance fee.
-> We ask : -> A decent dress.
-> A correct behavior.
-> Respect for the neighborhood (avoiding any noise that could disturb).
-> We decline any responsibility in case of loss, theft or degradation of your personal effects on the farm.
-> In case of fire (we do not wish it!!!) reflex "fire extinguisher", each hut is equipped.
-> The games are reserved for children from 3 to 12 years old and are under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.
-> The use of appliances that consume a lot of electricity (such as mini ovens, irons, coffee makers, etc.) is forbidden.
-> Because of the presence of several pets on the farm (dog and 7 cats), it is strongly advised not to leave food or waste (even in closed bags) outside the accommodation.
-> GARBAGE: Garbage must be sorted by ADULTS into 3 categories:
-> Non-recyclable waste "to be thrown away" garbage can (in the "Trash" hut).
-> Recyclable packaging (cardboard, plastic and glass) can be recycled (in the garbage can), or in the containers (on the parking lot below)
-> Food waste is to be put in the compost (outside, on the right of the hut "Poubelles"), or to be given to our chickens (throw over the fence without opening the door of the henhouse, but they don't like citrus fruits... ;-) )
-> The washing of the dishes must be done only at the sinks of the shed, and only with the products provided (respectful of the environment).
-> It is strictly forbidden to enter the facilities reserved for the farm, and to touch the equipment of the farm, without having been invited beforehand by the persons in charge of the place.


At the end of your stay .

-> The cabins must be left in the same state as we gave them to you on your arrival (sweeping, cleaning and tidying up of dishes and hotplates, removal of garbage and toilet bags)
Failing this, a cleaning supplement of 20 € may be charged.

-> The deposit will be closed within 48 hours after your departure (you will be informed by email), after deduction of the possible expenses of restoration of the place and the value of the missing or damaged material.


This regulation is the condition of a friendly and pleasant stay. Its non-observance could lead to a cancellation of the stay (leading to a non-reimbursement of the stay expenses)
