Perfectly situated to explore the Mackay region, Altmann Country is an 80 acre property located in a quiet hidden valley central to both the Pioneer Valley and Whitsundays.
Bordering a national park and surrounded by a beautiful creek.
The activities
Go for a paddle in the creek with our Kayaks.
Take a short walk to the incredible Devils Pools - filled with an abundance of wildlife including platypus, turtles and eels and perfect for a swim.
Spend a day checking out the gorgeous beaches and national parks in the Mackay region.
Drive an hour north to the Whitsundays or an hour west to Eungella.
Pick up the essentials from Marian Town Centre - only a 10 minute drive away.
Or simply relax and take in the tranquillity that Altmann Country offers.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Altmann Country is a 'leave no trace' campsite. Please remember to respect the environment and take your rubbish with you on departure.
