About this campspace

In the northern Monts d'Ardèche, at an altitude of 750 meters above the medieval village of Désaignes, I simply offer to put your mini-van / small motorhome (less than 5 meters long) on a plot in the countryside with a view of sunrise and sunset. Absolute peace and quiet. Ideal for hiking and relaxing.

(not suitable for children under 11 as the site is not secure / but can be discussed on a case-by-case basis when booking).

(we accept dogs on a leash as we have a lot of free-roaming cats/lamas/chickens etc...) if the dog is very well-behaved, it can be let go (to be discussed on a case-by-case basis).

If you feel like it, we can eat, drink herbal tea, chat together or not...it's your stay!

Magnificent views, ideal setting for peace and quiet. No light pollution at night... stars in your eyes!
Your neighbors: my daughter, my dog and me, of course... my dad and his dog, and our five llamas and all our other pets!

The activities
On site, I offer treks with my llamas
==> see the website "Les lamas de là-bas".

PACK : 1 night + 1 llama activity = -5% on the activity.
2 nights + 1 llama activity = 10% on the activity.

Nearby: the Ardèche train, vélo-rail, swimming, paddle, museums, restaurants, etc. For more details, visit the Lamastre tourist office website.

*except for "initiation" rides

Other things
Food stores in Désaignes 6 km or Lamastre 12 km.
Ditto for swimming (in the river) restaurants, pizzerias, bars...
Lamastre market Tuesday and Saturday mornings, Désaignes Friday afternoon.

I offer coffee (1 euro) and some cold drinks (2 euros).
Fresh eggs
A very small "emergency grocery" corner with long-life products.

The sanitary facilities

A fan of nature, hiking and calm, I moved to Ardèche last year. I'm learning to hike with my llamas and my dog and I live surrounded by animals!
I love chatting, so during your stay if you feel like it, we can eat together or just drink herbal tea!
The idea is above all meetings and exchanges.
On the other hand, I'm not a camper, so I move around a lot and am not on site all the time! An arrangement by telephone or message for arrival times will avoid waiting ;-)
Welcome to our house !
