About this campspace
Dogs & horses welcome on this former dairy farm with open space for good citizen dogs to roam on or off-leash, and basic fenced shelter for horses. We do not provide entertainment, but just have extra space we are happy to share with self-contained RV's or campers.
Former dairy farm still occupied and worked by family, but with plenty of private space. Panoramic views of the Bitterroot Rockies and the Sapphire mountains. Free to roam everywhere including the pond which is wonderful for bird life. Nearby yard lights do exist, but stargazing still happening. Light traffic down nearby dirt road. Nearest village is 4 miles, with larger town of Hamilton 10 miles, or Missoula 45 miles.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
No smoking anywhere on the property. Renters must understand that other adults, children & dogs share this working farm. That being said, your privacy will be respected as everyone tends to their own business. You can choose your level of interaction with others. It's a friendly place.
