The land is located near the village of Colognole, a few kilometers from the sea, Livorno and Pisa. Part of the land is planted with olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable garden, and the rest is kept in lawn and woods. It is not our main home, but it is the place where for years, with passion and effort, we have devoted so much of our free time.
It is accessed through a wooden gate that leads to a small parking lot where two minivans and a few cars can park. Access is not very easy so we cannot accept RVs. The land is in the middle of the countryside, a few steps from the woods, in silence and tranquility. The village of Colognole is very close to the land, but it is a small, very quiet hamlet with few inhabitants. The land is partly fenced.
The activities
The land is an excellent starting point for visiting Livorno, Pisa, Volterra, Cecina and the entire Livorno coast. On site it is possible to walk in the woods, visit the Colognole aqueduct and engage in complete relaxation.
Other things
The plot is not our main residence so at night guests will be alone. During the day, however, someone from the family always comes.
Each guest declares that he or she assumes full responsibility for himself or herself and his or her family for any damage he or she may suffer on our property, whatever the cause, and completely exonerates the owners from any liability in case of damage to property, animals and people.

HI! I am a primary school teacher. I have a son and a daughter now at the end of their university studies. My life is divided between Italy and Switzerland, where my partner lives. Even though I was born by the sea, I love the countryside and the mountains for the silence and the colors that vary in every season.

There are no stringent rules to follow, but it is good to remember some rules of civil coexistence. No fires other than barbecues may be lit. Respect silence in the early afternoon and from 11:30 pm until morning. Do not waste water. This is our first experience and, trusting our neighbor, we have made our land available without setting too many limits, so take care of it.
