About this campspace

Ideally located in Coex, 300 m from Lac du Guégorand, 12 km from Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie, 13 from Brétignolle, 26 from Les Sables.

The House:

In the middle of nature, no nuisance, 3 houses, a retired couple and a single man with no children.

Entrance into fitted kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, 48 m². One bedroom. Upstairs hallway, hallway, 3 bedrooms (2 available on request). Garage. Fully walled garden 350 m².
Renovation in progress, no scaffolding I assure you.

In Coex all amenities 3 km, Lac du Guégorand 300 m, Les Fontanelles golf course 1 km away, nightclub 6 km, karting and paint ball 6 km.
