Stay here for a quiet, secluded camping experience, or sleep at night and spend your days lying on one of Florida's beautiful beaches or exploring the many Disney and Universal Studio parks.

Private ranch located in the Montura Ranches area of Clewiston, FL. Private, gated property with ample space for camping. Sites 1-6 have electrical access, please see site description for specifics on each campsite. Back-in parking for RV's up to 40 feet. Property manager on site and private room rentals also available, subject to availability. Laundry facilities on premises for additional fee. Corner store within walking distance. Outdoor activities in the area include biking, hiking, ATV and off-roading, and horseback riding. The property is a short drive to Lake Okeechobee for fishing and boating, as well as to stores, restaurants and bars.

Quiet, gated countryside ranch located on 3.75 acres of land.
Campers can choose from sites with open areas or quiet and secluded under the canopy coverage of the trees. It is a very quiet neighborhood of Montura Ranches with a short drive to downtown Clewiston.

The activities
Montura Ranches is conveniently located in central Florida, making it accessible to many surrounding areas during the day.
You can camp or park your RV here and take day trips to Orlando, the west coast of Florida (Ft. Myers/Tampa/Naples and surrounding areas) or the east coast of Florida (the Palm Beaches/Ft. Lauderdale/Miami and surrounding areas).
It is entirely possible to enjoy this affordable, quiet countryside property at night and lay on the beach during the day!

Other things
Property manager located on site to help campers with anything they need. Pets are welcome, but please let host know what type/breed/size your pet is upon booking.

We take pride in our ranch and hope you enjoy your stay. Please help us keep the area clean and follow the "Leave No Trace" rules of camping. Please do not hesitate to contact us with anything you may need!

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

The following rules and regulations are for all guests of Riba Ranch. To preserve the ranch facilities and to ensure a pleasant guest experience, we ask each guest to comply with these rules and regulations in order to create and maintain a community of which we can all be proud. If you are staying six months or longer, you may be subject to a long-term stay agreement.

GENERAL

Tents allowed in designated areas only. All RV units are required to have sewer seal. Any units 10 years or older must be approved by the Property Manager. No utility and/or motorcycle trailers, except for loading and unloading, without prior approval.


EMERGENCIES
Call 911 in any emergency: Fire, Police or Ambulance. For all other concerns, please call the office at (305) 542-4075.


REGISTRATION/CHECKOUT
We require each guest and visitor to register in the office upon entering the ranch.

VEHICLES/SPEED LIMIT

Please observe all signs on the property, as vehicle access is restricted on near sites 7-12 as follows:

No vehicles allowed at sites 7-8. Please park in designated area and use the hand wagon on site to transport your belongings to the campsite.

Access to sites 9-12 is walk up access or 4x4 vehicles only. STRICTLY ENFORCED.

The maximum speed limit is 5 miles per hour. Vehicles must be operated in a safe, courteous and cautious manner at all times. Please respect the speed limit and all informational signs as they are for the safety and benefit of everyone at the ranch.
Pedestrians and bicycles have the right of way. No unlicensed vehicles can be left on sites. Only two vehicles are allowed per site. Mini Bikes and motorcycles may not be driven in the park, except for entering and exiting the park.



VEHICLE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

Repairing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, RVs, boats or similar equipment is not permitted at the ranch. Oil changing is not allowed. RV washing is permitted upon request.


GARBAGE/SANITATION
Trash must be placed in a plastic bag or garbage bag and taken to the designated trash bins. Do not leave your trash outside.


BICYCLES
Bicycles may be driven only on the streets, and pedestrians always have the right of way. Bicycles must be equipped with lights after dark. The use of helmets is required for all cyclists under the ages of 16 by Florida Law.


ALCOHOL
Alcohol is allowed on your campsite only.


FIRES

Charcoal or propane grills with screens may be used for cooking. Campfires are not allowed at individual campsites. There is a community fire pit available for campfires; please see Property Manager for details.

FIREARMS/FIREWORKS
All applicable federal and state of Florida laws concerning the possession, handling and use of firearms shall be obeyed. No BB or air guns, sling shots, or bow and arrows are permitted. No fireworks are permitted.


LAUNDRY
Remove clothes from machines promptly. Do not use laundry for pet blankets. Guests and visitors should leave laundry room neat and clean. The only clotheslines that are permitted are the type that hang on the back of your RV.


SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any building or within fifteen (15) feet of any building or facility of the ranch.


REFUNDS
For rental terms for sites of less than six (6) months, rents are non-refundable for early departure.


PHOTOGRAPHY
We reserve the right to photograph activities, events and any person within the ranch.


OPEN CONTAINERS
No alcoholic beverages are allowed while driving golf carts or in common areas.


SIGNAGE
No advertising in windows or on your site is allowed, including RV or camper “for sale” signs.


PETS
No exotic pets (reptiles, domesticated wild or farm animals) are permitted. No aggressive dog breeds are allowed including American bulldogs, doberman pinschers, Stafford terriers, huskies, rottweilers, chows, akitas, presa canaries, german shepherds, pit bulls, wolf-hybrids and any other breed as determined by the Property Manager. Pets are limited to two (2), including cats. Pets MUST be leashed outdoors and the owners are responsible to clean-up. Dogs must not exceed 30 lbs unless arranged in advance of arrival. Continual barking or disruption from pets will not be tolerated! Pets must follow the Hendry County's leash law. Pets should be on a 6’ non-extendable leash. Extendable leashes are not permitted.


SEWER HOSES
You must have a 4” threaded or airtight donut type and must be supported off the ground. No storing or dumping of hazardous liquids on ground or in sewer.


SITE MAINTENANCE
Please keep your site neat and free of clutter with no inside furniture outside, debris, appliances, coolers or trash. Any decks, sunrooms or other structures must be approved by Management and local code. Boats and trailers must be placed in storage. Please do not park any motorized vehicles on the patio. All skirting of units must be vinyl and no plastic sheds are allowed.


PLANTING OF SHRUBS
Do not dig prior to receiving Management’s permission. You will be responsible for damage of underground utilities.


RIGHT TO CHANGE
Management reserves the right to change these rules at their discretion without notice. Management shall make every effort to enforce the Rules and Regulations equally and promptly. However, guests and visitors agree that enforcement is a private matter between Management and visitor/guest. The enforcement or lack thereof, will not result in any damage or claim by any guest/visitor against the Ranch or Management, or constitute a waiver of the Campground's right to enforce the Rules & Regulations.
