Rest near the Ourcq canal (35 km from Paris) and only a few kilometers from the Euro Vélo 3.
In the heart of the Briarde countryside, my garden is pleasantly designed and very relaxing.
Dining area under an arbour with deckchairs and swing.
Wifi, electricity available in the garden and access to the house for amenities (WC - shower).
To reserve in advance and at extra cost: access to electric BBQ, relaxation area with outdoor Jacuzzi or indoor sauna.

In the immediate vicinity of EURO VÉLO 3 and the DISNEY - ASTÉRIX - MER DE SABLE amusement parks.
Possibility of staying after visiting PARIS (35km and easy access)

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Access at extra charge:
Heated outdoor jacuzzi (€20/person for 45 minutes - water temperature between 30 and 36 degrees) or indoor sauna (€20/person for 30 minutes) on reservation
Gas BBQ
No noise and therefore no music... Sorry, but I get on very well with my neighbors; I don't want that to change!
