Hello traveler!
We welcome you and your family up to 4 people in all, not counting your furry friends of course!

_ small place at the back of the house
_ access to toilet / shower / fridge / kitchen / washing machine when we're there, morning (6:00 to 7:00) / evening (17:00 to 21:00 or a little more if the aperitif has lingered!!)
_ access during the day if one of us is present
_ shelter for your bike
_ a few stones in the round for a barbecue and a campfire for the evening.
_ electricity will come to you
_ trees to protect you from the sun
_ a parking space in front of the house
_ various shops and leisure facilities less than 10 kms away in all directions.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
We're not savages we don't want to be savages
For smokers, no butts in the grass. The ashtrays are there.
The Sceaux is available for the unexpected needs of waoufs and miaous. The forest is there for everyone.
We walk on grass, not flowers.
4 well-behaved dogs share our life, we expect the same from yours. Canine companionship is possible if you wish.
