About this campspace
We rent a 36m2 apartment.
Separate from our house but adjoining (see photo).
Bedroom 12m2 with bed 140x200, television, wardrobe.
Small living room 12m2 with sofa-bed
TV, chest of drawers.
1 bathroom with 2 basins + shower.
1 separate WC.
There is currently no kitchen.
Available: plancha, 2-burner gas hob and outdoor sink.
Access to swimming pool 9h 12h/ 15h/19.
In the countryside, on wooded property with swimming pool, enclosed grounds, a few chickens.
Quiet neighborhood in a village of 700 inhabitants, grocery store.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
We ask our future guests
To make a short presentation (number of adults/children, their interests, their region, etc.) when requesting a reservation, so that we can "get to know" you a little before your arrival and welcome you as best we can.
We leave you a remote control for the entrance gate (deposit 50€ in cash returned on return of remote control).
We ask you to respect the premises, neighbors, waste sorting, music and TV on mute.
Grumpy people, party people, rude people, people who think they can do anything....
