My recent house on 400m2 of enclosed, secure grounds, lawn, vegetable garden, terrace.
Conveniences in my house: possibility of preparing and heating meals, use of sanitary facilities, shower room with separate entrance opening onto a 60m2 terrace on the first floor.

Green plain and woods nearby.

All amenities, train, bus, towpath.

House located 15 minutes from Rennes by car, 10 minutes by train.

Quiet, sunny 400 m2 plot with 2 terraces.

Cinema/ Cineville with 6 screens opposite the house.
Several restaurants and bars with different themes.
Multi-sports ground 100m away, with games for children. Picnic tables, woods, shops, golf course, towpath along La Vilaine (Rennes to Redon).
Hiking trails in "Les Vallons De Vilaine".
Numerous activities in Bruz.
Kayak rental in nearby Pont Réan.
Visit the city of Rennes and its many activities.
