About this campspace

There are NO facilities.
The land is about 60% wooded (some of the only old growth forest left in Brunswick County) and 40% open fields, with only a couple acres under cultivation.

There are no facilities on the property, other than an old, small dairy milking barn where you could store bicycles.
So you need a self contained rig or be comfortable going in nature.
PLEASE do NOT dump your black water tanks on the open ground.
It is fine to empty your grey water tanks.

No amenities, just a place to stay that is not too far from the beach when other campgrounds on Oak Island are full.

Cancellation Policy

There are beautiful trees on my property.
Please enjoy their beauty and shade, but don't chop down trees, cut branches or risk forest fires.

Retired early in September of 2017. Sold home, cars and 95% of personal property by August of 2018 to become "homefree" and begin traveling 100% in retirement. Went to Europe for 4 months, spent 6 months crossing the Pacific in a 38 foot sailboat and in September 2019 purchased a Leisure Travel Van Serenity to begin camping full time for a couple years.
