A shady spot under apple trees, birches and poplars, on the edge of a small wetland in an idyllic location with a view of the Born Bockwindmühle - peace and quiet in the Hoher Fläming landscape conservation area.
The meadow with the pitches is located on the outskirts of the village behind our beautiful three-sided yard and is bordered on the south side by the railroad line Berlin- Dessau. The regional train passes twice an hour and is not extremely noisy, freight train traffic is very irregular and can also be noisy sometimes. The small pond, at the edge of which the pitches are, hardly carries water in very dry summers of late. The site offers shade and cozy sitting areas as well as hammock and chill spots. Peace and quiet can be found here. The village is small and has an idyllic old farm church and a real Bockwindmühle to offer, which is also open on some Sundays and can be visited inside. The place is generally very quiet.
The activities
There is horseback riding right here in the village, a gift room every other week on Saturdays where you can bring things and take them with you for a small donation. On some Sundays the old restored Bockwindmühle is open. Many hiking trails cross the village. Also the art trail leads directly through Borne and you can start beautiful circular walks from here. The Europaradweg E1 leads past in the 2km neighboring village, so that the surroundings can also be explored excellently by bike in several directions. The castle Eisenhardt in Bad Belzig with the delightful little "Chocolateria" and regular exhibitions of the art association and the castle Rabenstein with various events invite you to visit. In "Mal's barn" in the neighboring village of Wiesenburg, excellent live concerts are held regularly. You can find out about alternative lifestyles at ZEGG in Bad Belzig.
Other things
Bad Belzig with train station, shopping, pharmacies, hospital, cinema and swimming pool is 5 km away and easy to reach by bike. The RE7 runs hourly from Bad Belzig through all of Berlin (Zoo, Hbf, Alexanderplatz) to directly to the BER through. One drives an hour to the city center, so well doable for day trips.

I love travelling around in my vintage Eriba Touring car when I have time. The large and beautiful three-sided courtyard takes up a lot of my time, so I like being here and inviting the world to share this quiet and peaceful place with interesting people.
I am a freelance filmmaker and love inspiration, but also peace and quiet. Open to interesting conversations and at the same time good at leaving alone and being left alone:-)

Actually, I do not want to set up any rules here, because everyone should feel comfortable. I think it is clear that no garbage should be thrown around, neither in the "thunderbolt toilet" nor in the compost bins and I have no desire at all to loud parties with lots of alcohol and bawling. In the greenhouses and in the garden one may not simply help oneself, that is also logical, I think. I like to give something away, either in exchange for help or financial compensation. I'm just getting started with pitching, experience will come and I'm open to suggestions for improvement.
