About this campspace
Quiet and yet close to the highway - camper transit site in a quiet village with a great view, outdoor pool and close to the A2 on the Lower Saxony/NRW state border
We offer our green meadow as a pitch for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents.
The pitch is located on the edge of a residential area in a small village and offers a beautiful view.
It is close to fields and woods, making it ideal for great dog walks or bike rides.
The pitch consists of mown grass and is sunny almost all the time, with only a few bushes at the edge offering a little shade.
In terms of traffic, it is quiet and limited to the residents of the surrounding streets.
The site is easy to reach from the A2 highway exit Bad Eilsen (state border Lower Saxony/North Rhine-Westphalia). However, you cannot hear the highway.
The activities
In our small village there is an outdoor swimming pool, a bakery (open at weekends), a village shop (open 7 days a week), egg, meat, barbecue, pasta and soup vending machines at a local farm (open 7 days a week/24 hours). Further shopping facilities can be found in the surrounding villages.
Worth seeing are the adventure world Steinzeichen, the dinosaur tracks, Schaumburg Castle, the Schillat Cave, the surrounding towns such as Rinteln, Hameln and Porta-Westfalica, the nearest leisure park is the potts park in Porta Westfalica.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
The usual rules of a quiet neighborhood apply. Children and dogs are welcome and are often present in the neighborhood.
The guests can let off steam on the sufficiently large lawn (no fencing available), the street must remain free for everyone, vehicles must be parked on the green area.
The night's rest begins at 22:00.
Access is possible at any time. The arrival time should be roughly coordinated in advance, but is in principle also possible at any time.
Your stay on the property is at your own risk. We accept no liability for damage of any kind. Parents are liable for their children.
