House, with a park and a wooded meadow, located in the heart of Entre deux mers, a short distance from Sauternes, Saint Emilion, Graves. Bordeaux, the world city of wine, is 25 minutes away.
Marked hiking trails, cycle paths, tree climbing, climbing etc. many practicable sports.
Rustic campsite with dry toilets and water point in a small room. A top fridge available. Covered, outdoor dining room. Calm assured.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
