Our location is a park with two lakes inside that are currently used for sport fishing and in the future will also be used for other sports activities. So the whole property is fenced and there is a Bar and Restaurant, also there is an area where there are barbecues available for guests.

The activities
We are in the center of Tuscany so from here you can visit all the Tuscan cities of art we have the train station at 1.5 km from which in 10 minutes you go to Lucca and in %0 to Florence.For lovers of bicycles both Mtb and road there are paths suitable for all tastes in fact in this area there are many cyclists who come to train for the variety of paths and the climate that is generally mild even in winter.For lovers of walking in addition to all the hills and villages in the surrounding area a few kilometers there is the

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
