No cell phone service on property, due to trees and terrain. There are neighbors through the trees on two sides of the property. One of which we share part of the driveway with.
Private home on 3 acres, easily accessible off highway 7 (Peak To Peak Scenic Byway). Level circular driveway for parking a self contained small trailer or RV overnight.
The activities
Adjacent to Roosevelt National Forest and minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. Hiking, fishing, mountain climbing, 4 wheel driving, wildlife viewing. A short drive to trailheads, 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and 17 beautiful scenic miles to Estes Park.

Allenspark is a small mountain community approximately 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and 17 miles from Estes Park, Colorado. We have a small 3 acres, that is easily accessible off the Peak To Peak Scenic Byway. My wife and I enjoy family, travel and the outdoors.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Not a party place. Quiet respectable guests only. No loud TV's, or music. Quiet time after 10pm. No open fires or barbecuing due to wildfire concerns.
