About this campspace
Beautiful villa in the citycenter of Alessandria. Nearby you can find all you need: shops, restaurants, countryside, historical visit places and the train station to reach the Monferrato area as well as Genova, Milano and Torino in about 1h
The villa is next to the river and it has a beautiful view. The garden can host 2/3 campers, caravan and vans. You find grass, trees for shadow, concrete for placing your van in a comfortable position. Across the street you find the Cittadella of Alessandria, an historical building from 1800 military background which has now been turned into a city park. Across the bridge you find the city center with beautiful shops and restaurants.
In the garden you have what you need to feel comfortable. A kids playground, a BBQ, chairs and tables, a water fountain.
The garden is next to the river, so all you hear is the sound of water.
The activities
At the site you can relax, make a bbq, sunbath and in summertime use our small pool. Kids can play in the playground.
Just outside the house you can cross the street and find the most beautiful historic building of Alessandria, the Cittadella, huge military building from 1800 now turned in a city Park. At walking distance you find the city center of Alessandria which you can reach by crossing the beautiful Mayer bridge.
Five minutes walking from the site you find a big retail Park.
20 kilometers from Alessandria starts the beautiful area of the Monferrato, which you can reach driving or cycling directly from site. We make available renting bike if you want to use them.
10 minutes walking from the site you will find the railway station of Alessandria, from where you can reach Milano, Torino e Genova in about one hour.
Other things
By staying at our place you will have the chance to relax and visit beautiful places while we take care of your camper and of your meals if you would like to. We also have a bed and breakfast if you want to stay more comfortable for a few days.

Hello everybody! Together with my husband, I am the owner of a beautiful villa in the citycenter of Alessandria. We have two Kids and a livello dog. We are campers ourselves and world love to meet other campers from all over Europe and more!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Access to the garden and the garage where you find all what you need can be done when you want. Access to the house must be agreed and done with face mask (due to covid situation)
