About this campspace #s004524
The Bishop's Castle Burgliebenau, located on an oxbow lake of the White Elster, is a park-like complex. Our family is restoring and revitalizing this castle from 1186 with small cultural events.
The parking space is located directly at the forest below the castle complex.
There are many large trees on the flat meadow, but there are also sunny spots.
The sanitary facilities
Two outdoor shower cubicles with only cold water are available as showers. A swimming lake is 1 km away. Toilets are available in the house.
If necessary, a short-term WiFi access can be given in the house. Power connection is available outside.
We are happy to offer an entertaining guided tour through the history of the castle for a small fee. The Wallendorder See offers a wonderful bathing opportunity.
The freight airport in Leipzig is not far away and there are frequent flights at irregular times. But in our experience, it doesn't bother everyone.
