We are passionate about old stones and after giving new life to an old Cognac distillery in Charente, we are looking at an old building whose first inventory dates back to the 14th century. Permaculture, resilience, bees, good living, and well-being are the driving forces of the field. With our passion for heritage we combine the mountain sports that we indulge in both winter and summer, ideally located at the entrances to the Aspe and Ossau valleys.
