There is a swimming area, a large beautiful barbecue and fire pit and a swing by the river.
View of the river valley is a nature reserve, beautiful walks directly on site, bike tours to beautiful surrounding villages possible, day trips to Stralsund, Greifswald and the Darß are possible from here in just under an hour.
Quiet location on the edge of a nature reserve, no other houses in sight. Foxes, badgers, cranes, swans, otters and beavers live here.
