About this campspace

A completely refurbished 1952 Dodge that once served with the Sneker fire brigade, was refurbished to perfection. This season it is on a small-scale personal camping site that attracts a striking number of nice camping equipment. It is located at the back of the site and has several places there, also private, to enjoy. Picnic bench, fire bowl and chairs are all yours.

Then the camper itself, an experience in itself. As a gift, all kinds of doors can be open, resulting in a real sun bedroom (with a double bed) experience.
Open the back doors and you have your own outdoor kitchen with 2 gas burners and you can get started with a whole arsenal of pans, colander and percolator. Behind one of the side doors, voila, a nice sized cooler. And inside a kitchen bar, with sink and cold running water and everything to make a cup of tea or coffee.
There is sleeping space for 2 in the bus. Accompanying Kornuitenhuisje is added for more than 3 people. There 3 more sleeping places. By turning down the table in the bus, you can create a sleeping place with one of the mattresses from the house.

Refreshing is the (most sustainable) outdoor swimming pool nearby, for which you get entrance tickets.

Delicious are the breakfasts that hostess Miranda makes and served in the tea garden.

Village with shops, bakery, butcher and restaurants within walking distance.
You are still/just here in Friesland, with a triple jump in Drenthe and Groningen.
