What a wonderful place to stand! We were here for 1 night. When we arrived we were greeted by the goats and when we woke up we looked into the eyes of a squirrel.
In the evening we sat by a campfire. It is located on a road so you hear the cars but that doesn't bother us.

How was the contact with the host?
Great, received instructions via email.

Tips for new guests?
Just enjoying!

Nice camping place, just a pity that the road is close by. However, this did not bother me. The ruin of the castle is very close by and is a nice location to visit and to spend some time. Very suitable for walkers who want to hang out in the woods. You can also collect wood everywhere in the area to make a good fire in the fire barrel. You also have access to the river that flows next to the road. You sit next to the goats, but there is no nuisance from insects. Rarely seen a mosquito or fly. The place and sanitary facilities are clean. At 10 pm everything was silent except for the crickets and birds.

How was the contact with the host?
Unfortunately I don't know German, but the hostess was always friendly and helpful. These people also have a lot of other work there, so you see them passing by a few times a day with the donkey and the horse. They sometimes had a chat with other Germans who stayed there.

Tips for new guests?
There is no shower, so make sure you have an alternative. Respect the night's rest from 10 pm.

Our seventh excursion with the caravan.
Just to relax this time. The right place for us, spacious parking space on the really large meadows, only low occupancy. Donkey, horse and goats as neighbors. Refreshing bath in the Nagold, which is directly accessible. Were instructed by the very warm mother of the owner, she also showed us the lounge etc. Toilets available, shower soon. For us, as self-sufficient, not necessary but for others a big plus
Coffee machine in the lounge. There is also a vending machine with drinks, sweets, sausages and grilled sausages. There is even a small toothbrush set and treats for dogs.
Efficient waste separation system on meadow.
Everything has really been thought of.
Of course there is a street on the other side of the Nagold, but it doesn't bother us. Very quiet at night, only the rushing and bubbling of the Nagold can be heard.

Since the support was as good as it is probably only to be found on clamping courses and for a small fee, we would like to award more points than five. :-)

Definitely again.

How was the contact with the host?
Very friendly care and the mother patiently instructed us and we were also allowed to choose where we wanted to stand.

Tips for new guests?
From our point of view, nothing is missing.

I reached the beautiful pitch in the Nagoldtal on Sunday afternoon and was allowed to choose a spot on the meadow on the right side of the farm.

The farm is on a dual carriageway behind a river and below a beautiful ruined castle. To reach the parking space, I had to cross the wooden bridge once and turn right onto the meadow in front of the farm buildings.

The social rooms are located in the main part of the courtyard building. I already received the numerical code from Andreas in advance to get the key in the key box. The key box is located just next to the front door on the side of the building. The building ensemble itself lies behind a gate, where the senior center is also located.

The social rooms are beautifully quaint. As soon as I entered, I was almost in the billiard room. In the first room on the right is another playroom with a foosball table and other toys. A dream for children! The passage at the back right brought me to the toilets & the door at the back left leads to the old dining room, which can also be used.

I spent the evening with my camping neighbors around a campfire at the built fire pit, & had a fantastic evening!

I really enjoyed my time here & would love to come back sometime.

How was the contact with the host?
Andreas is a very warm host who is happy to show you everything on the farm and also introduced me to the animal residents.

Of course, the contact by e-mail in advance also worked very well, the response time was quick, and the appointment was made without any problems.

Tips for new guests?
My most important tip: think of your wedges!
The meadow is beautiful, but of course not quite level, but with a wedge that's no problem.

If you prefer to camp a little more remotely, you can ask Andreas if he can camp on the back part of the meadow. This meadow extends to the edge of the forest & is easily accessed via a gated path. If you walk to the end of the meadow and into the forest, you can also find the cave that Andrea's son built. Just when you think you're definitely in the wrong place here, you can already see the fence and find the rustic shelter behind it directly on the river. It will certainly not be more secluded & fun is definitely pre-programmed here.

There are various cycling and hiking trails in the area, which sounded super exciting. The trip to the castle is a short but quite steep walk & is really good fun. I can highly recommend that.

Overall, the site is the perfect starting point for hikes and other outdoor activities!

Beautiful place to pitch your tent / caravan! Field surrounded by wooded hills, along which a clear river flows where we bathed several times daily (although it is not very warm and shallow). Many beautiful birds of prey to see and in the evening a beautiful starry sky, if it is not cloudy then. It is true that the place runs along a busy road, in our experience this does not bother much as it is especially loud during the day. We were still out, there are 20+ walks within a fifteen minute drive.

How was the contact with the host?
Absolutely great! Andreas is a nice guy who let us choose our own spot right after arrival. Even when the battery of our car was empty, he and his father immediately came to our aid. They even video call a friend with car knowledge! We were able to leave very quickly.

Tips for new guests?
Walking, walking, walking. You can find different walks on Google maps, which are indicated with signs. Or look at teinachtal.de.

This place is highly recommended, we had a great time here! The river invites you to refresh yourself! The goats provide great enthusiasm for the domain. The relaxation area offers great play activities for children. The domain is along the track, but that didn't bother us. The sanitary facilities (toilet and sink) are neat and tidy!

How was the contact with the host?
Andreas is a very friendly guy, available when you need him but respects your privacy & is based on trust

Tips for new guests?
A walk to the ruins of Waldeck is recommended!

The information given was accurate. It was no hard to find. The Campspace itself was good. Beautiful spot near a small river in a valley. There was no shower so I submerge in the river. For me no problem for a couple of days but can’t wash in the river offcourse. The sanitation was there, store nearby and hills for hiking and trailrunning. The road made some noice. But I had a good time!

How was the contact with the host?
I accidentally met someone but there was no active involvement of the host.

Tips for new guests?
The goats will escape every night. One will be stuck in the net /fence. So no stress. Bring earplugs if you sleep lite because of the road.

In a great place as in the picture in a beautiful valley. Beautifully situated near an authentic country house. There is a beautiful cycle path directly behind the campsite. You can also go straight into the adjacent forest from here to take extensive walks.

How was the contact with the host?
Andreas is a very friendly man.

Tips for new guests?
Take a walk in the forest and discover the ruin, which is located near this campsite. Walk on the bike path. In twenty minutes you reach a small station. The train takes you to the center of Calw in 8 minutes. A beautiful town.

Beautiful spot in nature, with goats as neighbours. It is on a busy road, but it becomes a lot quieter in the evening/night.

How was the contact with the host?

How was the contact with the host?
Little interaction; you have to ask yourself what you need

Tips for new guests?
Definitely try this place out. The area is beautiful and the town of Calw is very nice. Sometimes the horse and donkey pass by behind your camper.
