It is a garden with 3 levels on lawn.
180° sea view over the bay.
Exceptional view point on Martin Rock and Martin Beach. The garden gives direct access to the GR34 and the “stairs beach”.

Other remarks
Animals are not accepted but a request is obviously possible.
The garden is maintained by us, be respectful, the flowerbeds are not paths.
The Tourist Tax must be paid in addition according to the current rate (number of people and length of stay)

I welcome you to my vacation spot, the land is accessible by car or minivan with a slightly steep descent. The pitches all have a sea view.
It is possible to accommodate several guests (tents) while respecting everyone's privacy. However, for comfort, I limit the number of pitches, either to a single family, or to a group of holidaymakers staying together, or 2/3 groups agreeing to share the place while keeping a reserved space.
So, even if the reservation calendar is blocked on the requested dates, do not hesitate to contact me I will see with you and my first campers if it is ok to share. The land is large...

Sanitary facilities
Common toilets are located in the chalet. It is therefore necessary to organize yourself upon your arrival in order to establish rules of use.
Hours are 8:00 a.m./10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m./10:00 p.m.
Rules of cleanliness are necessary for everyone's respect and moderate use of sanitary facilities is requested.
You will have access to the bathroom (shower supplement €2/pers.-sink-wc septic tank). An outdoor water point is available, with reasonable use, water is precious, especially in summer, close the taps after use. It is possible to use your solar shower, to put it in your luggage.
You will find public showers and toilets on Martin beach, access via the beach at low tide or via the GR 34.

The equipment
Access to water is available outdoors as well as electrical connections, 2 euros/day (provide an extension cord >20 meters).
Garden furniture (table, chairs, hammock, etc.) can be made available.
No wifi. But from the internet network with variable speed.

Tent loan
I offer the loan of tent fabric for 2 to 4 people:
*15 euros/night 1/2/3 people.
*2nd consecutive night 10 euros.
*>=3rd consecutive night 5 euros.
Bring a sleeping bag....
Mattresses provided.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

Arrival from 3:00 pm, departure before 11:00 am.
Please respect the neighborhood (music, talking, noise...) and the use of common areas (cleanliness, dirt, waste).
Garbage cans are available inside the site.
Festive events with or without alcoholic beverages are forbidden on the grounds.
Smokers are asked to be vigilant and not to throw away their cigarette butts.
Please leave the site clean when you leave.
