Tell us about your experience
The campsite was a complete experience in itself. The route to it goes straight through the beautiful and wooded area in the area where you can also walk beautifully. Once at the campsite you imagine yourself in an oasis of peace. There is an eye for details and attention to nature, people and waste processing. All facilities are available and you have enough space around your 'place'. We were there with a larger bus camper and there was also a beautiful spot for us. The campsite is surrounded by wooded areas and is widely laid out. You can use the communal kitchen, various vegetables and herbs grow in the garden and there are various options for using a fire barrel for a campfire or BBQ! The atmosphere at the place is pleasant and you have a free feeling; you are in the middle of nature with nothing around you. It is not too big which gives it a cozy feeling.
How was the contact with the host?
Despite the heavy rain showers that kept coming, Christophe welcomed us warmly at the campsite and explained where we could find everything. Afterwards we had contact about making a campfire and a BBQ; this was all possible and there was plenty of wood to be found in the forest. In addition, Christophe was easily accessible for questions and regularly walks around the campsite.
Tips for new guests?
Christophe will cook fresh meals - on request - and deliver it to the door of your tent, caravan, motorhome or rented accommodation. The ingredients are fresh and as much as possible from our own garden. A tip to reserve this!
