I took over the "leisure property" 3 years ago in a rather overgrown condition. In the meantime, it can be walked on everywhere and one or the other corner has become a real "eye candy".
In addition, hens and a rooster moved in with me after a short time and have found their home in a converted trailer. These are rescued laying hens who are allowed to enjoy their twilight years here. The lawns are mainly grazed by sheep.
In the long term, I dream of gradually setting up more ecological niches here in order to attract even greater biodiversity.
In addition, parts of permaculture are planned.
Nestled next to meadows and forest, vines and above the Ahr, the property is a paradise on its own. Property neighbors are only rarely there.
Here is a place to linger, besides the sounds of nature, the only occasional sound is the road, and a gardener and landscaper fetching materials from the camp.
In addition to the possibility of spending the night in the hut, there is also the option of a tree house (still under construction) or camping on the meadow, so you may not be completely alone.
On more than 2000 square meters, everyone will find a corner for themselves and a way to unwind.

I am Mareike,
proud owner of this beautiful piece of earth.
Despite the many construction sites and ideas that have not yet been realized, it is simply peaceful here and I really enjoy this place.
I am a nature and animal fan and I am happy to make nice contacts and meet new people.
