VanessaGypsy wagon on the Veluwe
This comfortable gypsy wagon is located on the edge of the yard of our farm; a wonderful place from which you can discover the Veluwe.
You can do this on foot, by bike and for anyone who wants to; by horse!
We are right on the heath from where you can follow various walking routes, cycling routes and bridleways with a direct connection to the Veluwetrail. We are happy to provide you with tips.
In the gypsy wagon you will find a simple kitchen for cooking yourself, for your groceries you can go to the neighborhood supermarket De Spar, 1 km away.
If you don't feel like cooking, you don't have to go far; for a snack, drink or dinner you will find many different nice and good catering establishments in the nearby village of Vierhouten (1 km).
There is a double bed (1.40 wide) in the car with a bed for two people above it. You can set up a tent in the grass next to the gypsy wagon if you wish.
Outside is a nice seat with picnic table with a wood stove and inside the pipowagen can also be heated with an electric heater.
A toilet is located in the gypsy wagon and for a hot shower you can go next to the wagon in the shower cabin.
Do you know that here you are just a cattle grid away from red deer and wild boar? You are most likely to spot them during an early morning walk or at dusk.
In short, an ideal place to relax!
For the horse lovers:
Next to the gypsy wagon are our stables where you can stable and care for your own horse(s).
Stabling is under our own management for 20 euros per night, based on self-catering including a drying pit. Bring your own hard food and other roughage.
The stables have a rubber floor. Floor covering, flax or rapeseed straw, can also be purchased from us.

We really had a great weekend. The accommodation is actually larger than you would expect, and really fully equipped! In addition, you can walk to the Elspeetse Heide in 10 minutes. View of the beautiful horses from the property, and wake up in the morning to birds chirping. I can really recommend this accommodation to anyone who loves nature and tranquility!
