About this campspace #s004687
Forest Camping in the village of Loke at town Mozirje is a charming campsite in the middle of forest offering various types of accommodations, pitches with electricity for tents, campers, vans, trailers and creative experience of outdoor leisure activities amidst magnificent nature.
The whole campsite is located in NATURA 2000 area, so there for any stereo music is not allowed in the campsite at any time of the stay. Music of the nature surroundings and its animals will bring you even more satisfaction.
Bathing in the river that flows by the site is virtually impossible to resist, offering perfect refreshment. In addition to accommodation, we also offer a varied range of sports activities, while the easy going types may prefer to relax in the tree crowns, perhaps with a book from our unique library set up for the bookworms among our guests.
The guests can meet and mingle in different common areas. One is an open air fireplace for grilling or for evening socialising; the other is roofed and includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can get your first morning coffee or tea from our herb garden, as well as any other little thing you may have forgotten to take with you. Is there anything better than grilling a trout against the background music of guitar and rustling of the river?
Toilets are located near the accomodations area. The area of Forest camping has Wi-Fi internet access, a mobile stage for events and workshops, a mini library, and several sports facilities (backetball playground, small football playground)– all you need to get up close and personal with nature.
Our offer involves a range of sports activities suitable for guests of all ages. At the campsite, you can play volleyball or speed badminton (or speedminton), put your balance to test in slacklining or rent a bicycle to discover the surroundings.
Working with the local company, we also organize activities for the adrenaline persons: whitewater rafting, canyoning, kayaking, paragliding, and many others.
Our mission is rounded off with an adjusted offer and organization of a variety of theme-based, arts or popular workshops. There is also a children's playground with a sensory box and many games for our youngest guests.

Tell us about your experience
Location is great, accesible and there are plenty of activities to do in the area. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find a place that is marketed better than in reality. Eco is just another fancy word to sugestify the overpriced stay. Often times there was a faul smell from the waste water, collected nearby. On top of that, there was an extra fee for electricity even though that was already being payed for, according to campspace. We payed for 2 nights on campspace, though we stayed 3 to explore the area (but for those 2 nights, we were asked to pay extra for electricity: 2 EUR on campspace, 4 EUR on site).
How was the contact with the host?
Inital contact was friendly and helpful. During our stay, the staff changed and we encountered another lady who seemed to annoyed for being asked questions. At the checkout, she even tried to triple charge us for the one single breakfast. In the end, we felt like she did us a favor for believing us.
Tips for new guests?
We would only recommend it as a plan B. We feel like it shouldn't belong on campspace because it doesn't live up to the standards of a website like this.
Our campspace is dog friendly, but please follow house rules after 22.00 hrs.
