The first rays of sunlight shine through the surrounding trees in the morning and you can enjoy the red glow in the evening.


From a covered shed you can sit out of the wind and enjoy the view of the dunes.

The nearest beach is post 21, where you can enjoy the sun, sea and sand endlessly. Enjoy a meal at the beach pavilion or relax in a beach house.

Do you want to enjoy yourself to the fullest? Then rent a beach house from us (with a discount) until the sun almost sets.

We are Marnix and Marleen and live with our family on Texel.
Surrounded by this special nature with the duck decoy “Korverskooi” behind us. This was previously dug out by hand by Mr Korver himself. Later the duck decoy was transferred to SBB and it is still a quiet place where nature is respected. The duck decoy and the dune you are looking at are not accessible. There is a small path that goes up, which is used by the ringers at the bird work station. If you walk or drive back from the driveway, you can immediately turn right into the dunes towards the cycle path to the slufter and the lighthouse.
By bike you can enjoy the renovated cycle path to the 'slufter and the lighthouse just past the Cocksdorp.
On the other side of the island you cycle to De Koog and towards Ecomare and further to Den Hoorn

We started this nature camper/camping site last year after the May holidays and have already welcomed several people.

We are ready for you and think along where necessary and would like you to enjoy this private nature reserve.

We wish you a warm welcome to Texel.
